Get Your Stress Level in the Optimal Range

In a recent interview on NBC’s “The Today Show,” skydiver Felix Baumgartner talks about how, after having thought about doing a death-defying jump in space for many years, he was ready to go when he set a world record this month.

Join me for a free talk this Thursday night from 7:45 to 9:45 in Durham about how you might "jump off" in your life and achieve something very life-enriching (if not exactly death-defying)... ;-)

For more information (and to register), see: http://astrologychat2.eventbrite.com/

In the interview, Baumgartner explains how (before the jump) he anticipated going into an out-of-control spin and figured out a way to stop it when it happened... and then (during the jump), he successfully carried out his plan, broke the sound barrier, and landed safely on Earth.

His experience serves as an apt metaphor for the sort of stressful changes that we're all experiencing these days (each of us in our own way), in particular parts of our lives.

When it comes to stress, there's an optimal range. Too much stress, and we're exhausted. Too little stress, and we're bored.

How's your stress level?

Whether it's too high or too low, and whether you're feeling it at home or work... financially, romantically, or otherwise...

... a little astrology can help you get it into the optimal range.
